Open Day accommodation experience
For a taste of student life in Sheffield, come and spend a night in University accommodation.
If you're a prospective student attending an Open Day on Saturday 19 June or Tuesday 7 September 2010, there are rooms available in University accommodation - perfect if you're travelling to Sheffield for the Open Day.
You can stay the night before the Open Day, the night after, or both.
- The accommodation for the Open Day on Saturday 19 June is available in The Ranmoor Village.
- The accommodation for the Open Day on Tuesday 7 September is available in The Endcliffe Village.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer accommodation for the Open Days on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 July 2010.
Special Open Day rate
We're offering bed and breakfast accommodation at a special Open Day rate of only £29.00 per person per night (inc. VAT) for yourself and your family. You'll be staying in single en-suite bedrooms with shared living space in contemporary apartments - our most popular type of accommodation. Bedding and towels are provided, along with tea and coffee making facilities. Limited parking is also available.
If you choose to stay the night before an Open Day, you'll be given the opportunity to tour the Villages before everyone else - and with over 10,000 people expected on the day, this is your chance to beat the crowds. The Accommodation Office team will meet you after breakfast at 9am to give you a guided tour of the accommodation and facilities before a bus will arrive to take you to the main Open Day events on campus.
